6. Disabled (B) and Minorities (C) categorie(s) candidate are required to submit the form designed for the them. They will be considered for category General (A) too. 7. Applicant must download/print Online Application Form once duly filled and completed; It must be submitted in the office of Admission, BUMHS, Quetta alongwith required documents and paid challan.
